Psychotherapy
Therapy is a place to slow down, understand yourself more fully, and create lasting change. My approach is active and collaborative: you’ll feel deeply supported, but also guided with clarity and purpose. Each session balances compassion with structure, helping you move from insight into action.
I offer therapy for individuals, couples, and groups. While each format is different, all share the same foundation: a safe, respectful space where healing begins and practical tools are built.

Individual Therapy
There are seasons in life when even the strongest among us feel stuck, caught between who we’ve been and who we want to become. Sometimes it shows up as anxiety, grief, or the aftermath of betrayal.
Other times it’s quieter: a sense of disconnection, patterns that repeat, or a feeling that something just isn’t working, even if you can’t name exactly what.

Individual therapy offers a space to pause and take stock. Together, we’ll look beneath the surface to trace the patterns that keep pulling you back, make sense of the weight you’ve been carrying, and open up new ways of relating to yourself and others.

Our work balances compassion with practicality, deep self-understanding alongside tools you can use in daily life.

This isn’t therapy for therapy’s sake. It’s a process of moving beyond survival mode into a life that feels steadier, more intentional, and fully your own.

Couples Therapy
Relationships are complex. Sometimes the challenges are big—like betrayal, intimacy struggles, or disconnection. Other times, they’re smaller ruptures or recurring friction that, if left unaddressed, can grow into something larger.
Couples & sex therapy provides a structured space to repair, reconnect, and prevent patterns from taking deeper root.
Together, we’ll work on rebuilding trust, improving communication, and rediscovering closeness—emotionally and physically. Because intimacy is often part of the picture, I integrate sex therapy as well, helping partners talk openly about desire, mismatched libido, or sexual concerns without shame.
Whether you’re healing from rupture or simply wanting to strengthen your bond, this work offers practical tools and a renewed sense of connection.

Group Therapy
Healing doesn’t happen in isolation. When you sit with others who have lived through struggles like your own, something shifts- the shame softens, the loneliness lightens, and new possibilities begin to emerge.

Group therapy offers a space where education and lived experience meet. In a carefully guided setting, you’ll not only gain insight into your own patterns, but also see them reflected in the stories of others. That reflection is often where the deepest growth takes root.

Groups may center around betrayal trauma, intimacy, sexual health, or relational dynamics. While the themes differ, the heart of the work is the same: creating a safe, respectful community where support, accountability, and connection foster change that’s difficult to achieve alone.

CONCIERGE TREATMENT
Most of the time, standard weekly therapy is enough. But there are moments when life unravels too quickly, and the usual pace is not enough to hold you together. When betrayal shatters trust, when sexual behavior spins out of control, when trauma overwhelms your ability to function, you can’t afford trial and error, or fragmented care.

That’s when Concierge Therapy exists.

This is a selective, high-intensity model of care designed for individuals and couples in true crisis. It offers extended sessions, direct access, and one highly-trained clinician who knows your full story, helping you stabilize quickly, go deep immediately, and create a direct path forward.
