Concierge Treatment
Intensive Support in Triage Moments

There are moments in life when even the strongest among us feel stuck, caught in patterns we can’t quite name, repeating old stories, or weighed down by grief, betrayal, or anxiety that won’t let up. Individual therapy is a place to step out of the noise, slow down, and look more closely at the threads that shape your life. Together, we’ll trace where those patterns began, how they still show up now, and what new possibilities might emerge when you learn to meet yourself with both honesty and compassion.

What Concierge Therapy Includes

High-Intensity Sessions

  • Extended 90–120 minute sessions (beyond the standard 50 minutes).

  • Multi-day intensives for rapid stabilization and breakthroughs.

  • Structured focus on what matters most: stabilization, clarity, and repair.

Direct Access Between Sessions

  • Phone, text, or secure email availability for urgent needs.

  • Brief check-ins to manage triggers or crises in real time.

  • No waiting until “next week” when the situation is collapsing today.

Integrated Care & Strategy

  • One clinician who sees the whole picture — not fragmented providers.

  • Coordination with medical, psychiatric, or legal supports if needed.

  • Practical crisis planning alongside deep therapeutic work.

Selective Clientele

  • Reserved for a very small number of clients at any time to ensure presence and availability.

  • Acceptance based on urgency, timing, and fit; not simply desire.

  • Designed for triage-level situations where the cost of waiting is too high.

Who It’s For

Concierge Therapy is not for everyone. It is reserved for those in acute crisis — where life feels destabilized, and waiting weeks or months to stabilize would risk further harm.

This model is for people who need care quickly and deeply, because the usual pace of therapy isn’t sufficient.

Examples include:

  • Betrayal trauma and relationship rupture. Discovery of infidelity or secrecy that leaves the relationship hanging by a thread, where immediate support is the difference between collapse and repair.

  • Out-of-control sexual behavior (OCSB). Secrecy, compulsivity, or double lives that feel unmanageable, where the risk of exposure, breakdown, or escalation is imminent.

  • Trauma overwhelm. Symptoms so severe that daily functioning is breaking down, at work, at home, or in parenting , and ordinary therapy pacing cannot keep up.

  • High-functioning professionals and caregivers in crisis. Those who hold it together publicly but are collapsing privately, needing focused and immediate intervention to prevent implosion.

Concierge Therapy is for the moments where the stakes are too high for “let’s wait and see.”

Why This Model Works

Most care is fragmented. One provider treats your body, another your emotions, another your relationship, while you are left carrying the full weight of connecting the dots.

Concierge Therapy is different. You have one anchor, a therapist who holds the full picture and walks directly with you through the crisis. Instead of dilution, you get precision. Instead of delay, you get rapid stabilization.

It is not about luxury. It is about focus, depth, and transformation in the seasons where ordinary therapy is not enough.

The Process

Because of the intensity and availability this work requires, I accept only a handful of concierge clients at any time.

The process begins with a private consultation to determine urgency and fit. If it is the right match, we design a tailored plan: session length, access level, and goals based on what your crisis requires.
